Elizabeth Apel reported a broken window in Singular Hall Room 264. Officer contacted the subjects responsible and they agreed to pay for damages.

April 5

Officer responded to a report of Burglary at the Art Annex. Reportedly occurred between 2330 on 4-4-13 and 0555 on 4-5-13. Report taken.

Female student requested to speak with officer at ESU PD HQ in reference to a possible theft from Memorial Union Room 310. Reportedly occurred between 1500 on 03-15-13 and 2300 on 04-02-13. Report taken.

Officer contacted three subjects north of I-35 with a weapon. Subjects were filming a class project. Weapon was not loaded.

Javier Castillo-Lemus reported to an officer that a person-or-persons unknown broke out the window of KS 514FCJ in 10 W 11th Ave. The case was referred to Emporia Police Dept.

Officer stopped KS XKJ797 in 1800 Highland St. for driving left of center. The male operator was taken into custody for DU I and MIC and transported to Lyon Co. jail.

Jung Choi reported her bicycle missing and possibly stolen. The bicycle was located in Twin Towers bike rack.
