What started as a movie showing ended up being a movie and extra entertainment Wednesday.
The Union Activities Council planned the screening of the movie “Divergent” in the spring of 2014, but recently added a rock wall, and blow up obstacle course courtesy of the National Guard.
“We heard about them helping out with AKL (Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity) putt putt thing,” said Sarah Fletcher, junior elementary education major. “They have a putt putt fundraiser. When we heard about that we were like ‘let’s go ahead and get a hold of them.’”
The National Guard volunteered their time to help with the free event.
